The attentive staff, exemplified by Guillermo, ensured our every need was met with warmth and efficiency. From assisting with our bags to offering insightful tips about the property, their hospitality was second to none. Exploring the castle and savoring the local Portuguese cuisine at the Pousada restaurant were definite highlights.
