Nestled within the medieval walls of the castle, the ambiance was simply magical. the modern room in the castle walls provided comfort and style, while granting us access to areas off-limits to regular tourists. the restaurant was outstanding, offering a delightful culinary experience with picturesque views of the medieval town. The attentive staff, exemplified by Guillermo, ensured our every need was met with warmth and efficiency. From assisting with our bags to offering insightful tips about the property, their hospitality was second to none. Exploring the castle and savoring the local Portuguese cuisine at the Pousada restaurant were definite highlights. We were captivated by the blend of historic architecture, delicious meals, and stunning views. the property's commitment to preserving its rich heritage while providing modern amenities made our visit truly unforgettable.
